Nope- there haven't been any on ebay in the last month. It's been about 3 months. Run an advanced search if you want. I bought one and this is the other. There really hasn't been any on ebay other than OE ECM/ABS ECU.

Keith is one of the only people on ebay selling them. If I'm missing another seller, post up a link. Otherwise, there are very very little around at this point.

Yes, this one is only for 1st gen , 93-94. But, there are Rom Tuned ECU available for all gen. I can get you one new if you like. They range in price from $1600-2200 + SH + Import duties/taxes.

Celsior is a VERY small market, hence the rare.

I'm NOT the seller - I'm simply posting up a RARE tuned ECU for the person who asked about one.

Any Rom Tuned ECU is a rare find for this car.

I suppose it just comes down to our definition of rare. I have only seen a few over the last 6 months for Celsior.

Sucks to hear about the loss of immobilizer. Makes sense I suppose. It would be nice though with the tuning of the VVTi

There are quite a few companies that offer them for our cars.

MiNe's, SARD, TOM'S, Blitz, Field Boxer, etc. How many you will find today; unknown.

Just have to find one on the market as you say.

Will an ECU that say its for a 93-94 also work on a 90-92 or was the wiring harness or something changed for those years?

No, it will NOT work.

It's different from early 1st gen to late 1st gen. (10/11)
(90-92 / 93-94)

I assume that I could buy this for my supercharger project since I do have a 1993. What would I lose from ditching the stock ECU???? I am speaking off engine sensors and interior accessories???
It does sound tempting since my engine will definetely need an ECU mod.

You need a full aftermarket ECM. Not a Rom Tuned ECU that is certainly NOT for a Forced Induction setup.

You took the time to put together a kick **** SC project. Spend a little coin and finish the project right. A full EMS tuned on the street w/ wb and on the dyno .

A rom tuned ECU (or the stock ECU) will not net you anything close to what you deserve.

i think a FULL EMS system is a bit much, hes not planning to push past 10psi iirc.

a simple fuel/timing piggyback on the OEM ecu should suffice

a FTC-01 (i think thats the right model) should be perfect

wow.. no way in my book. I would never short cut the tuning of a FI setup. Why bother doing all the work and skimping on the tune? Not that much extra $ for better reliability and performance.

Anything would be better than just running the OE ECU though. Cannot argue that.

But, not my project.
