i think you should bondo the center and smooth it out. it would look alot better then the sticker. just giving an idea.

It is not bad looking at all ,if it had more of and angle it would flow much better with the lines of the car . Since it is so straight up and down it makes the front of the car look like a brick with no aerodynamics.

they're prolly knock-off or wald-style lips.
not a bad choice just remember what you're paying for.
$99 seems odd, teh lip JP USA (not Junction Produce) is almost $400 (for 20/21 LS only tho)
