Actually, you can replace all 4 of them for just under $150, if you want to try it out. If you do, do tell me what your results are, as we are probably suffering from the same symptoms. But like others have said, the 1UZ just doesn't have that low-end torque. Now when you're cruising at 45 mph, and you unclick the O/D button and floor it.. thats a different story.

Rolling off the line? Forget about it.

Basically there is an O2 sensor before and after each catalytic convertor to measure its performance.
