I got it. Thank you so much for your time. I'll look for the wires going to the fuse box underneath the dash to start.

The trick is to find the correct wires, but also to tap in a place that is out of the way and behind a panel or seat cushion, or just anywhere that is hard to trace and find for a thief. You don't want them to easily find the wire and trace it back so they can bypass it themselves. It is more of a pain to install this way, but once done it makes it more secure. When I install after market alarms in my cars, I often place the brain behind a rear 1/4 panel, or just somewhere that I have to remove a lot of panels and "Stuff" to gain access. This way, even if a thief can hear the relay clicking (For parking light flash) and generally located the brain position, he has to rip out a lot of things to gain access to the brain. This takes time which a thief doesn't have much of. It just makes things a little harder for them.

Probably. In fact, long ago when I used to work at a Honda dealer, we used to hold new cars in a separate lot. For security, we used to pull the ECU fuse. Can't start the car without a functioning ECU. Pulling the fuse that powers any critical component to start the car will work. The problem with pulling a fuse all the time is you have to physically do it. With all that handling you might loose it as well. If you are really clever, you can replace the pulled fuse with a blown fuse. That way if a thief watches you and wonders what you are doing under the hood

Kill switch should work much better than a club at actually keeping someone from taking your car. However that won't keep them from trying in the first place. Items such as the club are meant to be a visual deterrent. If you had a choice of a car with a club or a car without a club which would you try to steal first? I say do the kill switch and get a club.
