Yes it is possible. I had them on my 91. The only difference is that the rears have to be adjusted a little lower then usual, but you can't really tell that you're lowering lower then usual because you're adjusting it anyway. lol. But yes they do fit and I loved em on my 91. So I think that they're the best "inexpensive" adjustable damping coilover out there. And I do plan on running them on my 98 now.

NICE! thank u guys. thats an awesome alternative to expencive JIC's. i might get some of those while i get airbags. whers a good site to get them? directly from megan? thnk u guys for the info. this is such good news.
so does this mean all coilovers for the 2LS will fit the 1LS? i.e. tein coilovers?

coilovers specifically made for the 2LS will NOT work properly on the 1LS since the length of the strut is too great, and causes excessive bottoming out when used on the 1ls.
coilovers specifically made for the 1LS WILL work on the 2LS since the shorter rod length will just mean u cant adjust the setup to be as HIGH as stock, but can go as low as you desire.
this is why JIC, Megan, Wald, and most others (except tein) produced coilovers using the 1LS as the prototype car and market to both the 1 and 2LS. this is also why using the above, specifically the JIC, you're still ~1-1.5in. lower than stock when set at MAX height.
