Default Door panel prb....

I had that terrible accident recently as a pickup crashed into my driver side door, crybaby.gif
So I took the car to the insurance and they fixed everything but it looked as if you're driving without a door cause it’s too noisy and to make it worse the door panel just cracked on me.

I didn’t go back to them cause they’re just a waste of time. Actually it’s my mother’s car and I didn’t know where they took it until it was too late..
I went to the Junk yard to pick a door put I couldn’t find the same interior color.

My question is >> Can I take the plastic holders and clips from the new door and use them on the old one or should I refurnish the door from inside.

Here are some pictures for my door..

Please guys help me because it looks awful :chairshot:

Well now at least you guys know the prb. illustrated... :whistles:

So it looks like your door handle broke off from the door panel. You're going to need a new door panel, or you can try and use some fiberglass and reinforce where the door handle screws into the panel.

I'm trying to look at the picture and see, but maybe they just didn't screw the handle back onto the rest of the panel properly...

You can definitely use the 6 clips that hold the door panel into the door again, unless they are all bent out of shape or broken. Mine tend to break almost everytime I take the door panel off, so I bought like 10-15 extra clips becuase I'm **** and I hate not having the panels on tight.

Take it to an audio shop and they will be able to repair the door by reinforcing the mounts for the screws.
