I only covered the amber portion with the vinyl with one piece.
I sprayed the taillight with soapy water and then applied the vinyl. I had a hair dryer handy and used a credit card wrapped in paper towel to squeegee out the excess water. The hair dryer helped to mould the vinyl to the lens. Not too much heat or you'll ruin the vinyl. Once it was done I then cut it to size with an exacto knife. Like I said 10 minutes tops.
Yup, vinyl from Bluebatmobile.net I bought 2 sheets big enough to do each amber portion of the light. I cut it to fit on the light. 10 minutes of work tops. Still lights up amber too.
All I see is a photobucket page, how do I buy vinyl from him??
