Judging from the center cap, I'd say they appear to be older model SSR wheels from the Vienna line.
If you like that style, I'd reccommend the Trafficstar DTS

anyone ever tried to put projectors in a 01-03 ls430's.......any pics??....just curious!!

nope, post MC UCF30 LS430s had projectors (after 04)
yes, its been done, you can also retrofit projectors into 98-00 LS4 headlights (but not any earlier, anything 89-97 requires a headlight conversion of which there have been only 2 done so far)
