Thanks for the feedback all you guys. Will clean corrosion, replace terminals and if still persists, replace battery.

PureDrifter, The first shop that said about the battery is called Lexus, Infiniti Specialist - 4855 Ruffner St # C, San Diego and the shop that said it is the ICV is the TLC (Toyota Lexus care shop) Both shops are very close to each other.

So guys, no way to find out easily if timing belt was actually replaced on this car ?

If it was done at Lexus or Toyota, they usually (I think) write that on the airbox area somewhere... but I mean if you really wanted, you could take it all a part and look at it... make sure its not cracking or anything, but if youre gonna go that far, might as well buy the $60 belt and change it, ya know!

or he could remove jus the timing belt cover and look at it....

I had the same problem with my car, 96 LS. It was the corrosion on the battery terminal. I cleaned it and it's been fine for the past 7 months!!
