That sounds badass.

They want me to buy a Y-pipe to connect to the end of my O2 sensors, and then into my X-pipe...I figure that just adds more crap under the car. Steve, when they did your duals, whered they start?

steve I am so glad you posted this cause I am goin this week to have this exact same setup done with mine. This is the sound I wanted.. the v8 sound, "muscley",and aggresive, but not too loud or overbearing.

I give it an A+!

I don't have true duals as they say. They just ran two new tubes after the Y-Pipe. My 95 has the following:

2 exhaust headers/manifolds from engine into 2 catalytic converters each side (O2 sensors each) into one about 3" round pipe into one large canister looking resonator/catalytic converter (no O2 sensor) into 3" pipe again into small canister/resonator into Y-Pipe into two new pipes into the MagnaFlows.

I hear so many conflicting perspectives about duals from the engine back and eliminating the stuff in the middle. Some say it won't hurt acceleration - others say it will. I am waiting until I know for sure. Either way the current setup now sounds nothing like it did before.

Yes - this is the next video today. It sounds twice as loud as before with the resonators deleted. I'll post link when it is ready.

Thanks - you should also check out Borla, Corsa, HKS, Greddy, etc. all that you can. In the end they all sounded very similar. Some louder and some more muffled. All in all they had they same type tone with the V8. These were cheaper and have a lifetime warranty like the others. I will post a better video that will be more clear today.

Actually I did make another. I was wondering when somebody would bust me for not posting. I will add it this weekend. The mufflers after two weeks sounded different (deeper) than when they were installed. Apparently the stainless material inside breaks in?

Last weekend I removed the center resonator and ran a 2-3 foot pipe between the two Y-Pipes because it was dragging when I drove in my garage. Deleting the one in the middle further changed the sound. Now it has a crazy sound. My neighbor says "that thing just sounds menacing". When I post the video I will put the link in this thread.
