Magnaflow makes satin or polished mufflers with or without an integrated tip. The 95+ has a weird steel fixture thing with a hole in it. I don't know what it is for - but it looks like a point where you could attach a tow strap or something. I know that is not what it is intended for but it looks like it. Either way I went with a polished set and bought 3" tips. The muffler guy welded them on and they look fine but maybe 4" would be better. I have 4" on my 350z and was trying to be conservative on the LS.
There are many really good sets but for the money Magnaflow worked well and they sound really close to the HKS, Apexi, Borla, etc.
At WOT it sounds pretty insane. I was driving home from work and punched it and thought there was somebody passing me in a Viper or something it was so loud

I finally found the videos and posted them on You Tube. I will figure out how to find them and post the link. The videos just don't do the car justice. It's weird since I have a nice digital video camera although it does not capture the craziness of this car's sound. It will have to do though. The next question is whether an X-Pipe and true duals would make a quantifiable difference over what I have now. The muffler guy says not really. Recall that I have original OEM Y-Pipes with custom piping to Magnaflow mufflers. The three resonators in the middle are gone (one little ad two large). I have 204,000 miles on this car and at WOT it still gets it

Here's one under normal acceleration:

Here's one WOT:

Here's one inside the car normal and then near WOT:

Although it does not do the real sound justice, it gives you a basic idea what Magnaflows sound like. Maybe it will help some of you

I already deleted the two rear resonators, do you think deleting the center one in the middle of the car will make it slightly louder than just with the two rears deleted? (keeping factory rear mufflers though)

It didn't make mine noticeably louder. If it did it is so minimal that it is hard to tell. I only removed it because it was dragging on my driveway as I drove into my garage.
