If it weren't for emissions and inspections, I actually wouldn't mind living in Cali.

The worst thing about Cali is traffic and the fact that you cant even touch your cats. From what I know they don't even work properly after a a few years anyway and all they do is clog up the exhaust. I wish I could delete them!
