Interior from UFC21 into 20?

Interior from UFC21 into 20?
I saw this 2000 LS400 at the junkyard with full black interior in really good shape. I was thinking buy that and put it in my 95 LS. I know that front seats will fit perfect but not sure about rear seat and door panel? Can this be done?
