Opened up their tail lights? I'm turning my RCR tails into project lights if I cant sell them.

its been done, not to any REAL success for the LS, but its been done.

the problem is that the amber part, for example, is not removable, but embedded in the lens itself.

What would you be trying to do? If you want to place LED's in there then go for it, but anything else would just be a waste of time. As PD said the OG ones are not like the Sc/Gs tails that can be cleared, so its kinda a lost cause.

Personally I would put them on ebay and see what happens,.

lol just changing my taillights to RCR was enough work for me. I would love to see an LED mod though

Going straight to LED's wont work well, becuase the lens disperses light in a way that makes LEDs very ineffective. I wouldn't mess with my tail lights.. if you get into a big accident, and the insurance company somehow figures out the tail lights were modified.. you'd be liable.

I wouldn't do an LED mod unless I could rework the entire lens.

well that worked well....lol

methinks i know the site but CL had some sort of problems with them in the past.

O Thats Not Good Well The Company Name Was Clear Corners. They Up There In Prices. It Seems To Be Legit Though. If Anyone Does LED Tail Light Im Maybe Down To Get Some :]
