Another Stereo Install Question '00
I've searched everywhere but I still need some information. Car is a 2000 LS400 Platinum without Nav and I think its the pioneer system because it doesn't say Nakamichi on it. Anyways, im gonna try to install a double din dvd lcd using a modified single din kit. Anyone know what kit matches best with the stock plastic? From pictures I found on installs the plastic looks very different and I want a more oem look. Also anyone know what wire harness is compatible for UCF20 using stock amps without having to splice into anything? If not will this work just to bypass stock amps http://www.autotoys.com/x/product.php?productid=981
Much appreciated everyone!

Maybe I missed it but the only thing I saw on that web page for a Lexus is for a 90-92 LS400.
You might want to do what the web page says and email them to ask if the harness will work on a 2000 LS400 with the standard audio system.
If your radio was a Nak it would say so on the front like the one I have in my 2000 LS400 Platinum.

If You Want To Find A Double DIN Plastic For Your Car. Check Out AutoFashion Or Go To www.autofashionusa.com I Remember Them Carrying A Double Din. For My Setup I Spliced Up Everything. You Really Have No Choice I Havent Seen A Plug In Kit. You Have To Put The Stock Amp On The REM Wire.

Here's the Dash kit and none of them will match , but it you get a wood dash kit that has the glove box panel it can be cut for your radio.
