NO. Plain and simple.
Adding a body kit will make the gap look even worse in most cases!
If you want a simple kit (nice and clean), try a "add-on" lip kit (front lip add-on, side skirt, rear lip add-on) like the Wald kit, the Evolution Exclusive Euro kit, etc...
Check out www.wald-japan.co.jp and www.evolution.co.jp/exclusive/index.htm
Your '95 LS400 is know as a Celsior UCF20/21 MC Before or you'll see something like ~MC or ?MC as the description on most Japanese sites...
Here's a picture of one my FAVORITE UCF20/21 MC Before LS400...even though this one is dropped quite a bit, a 1.25" to 1.5" drop should look good w/o hurting the ride too much....the larger wheels will hurt the ride more than lowering IMO....if you have AIR SUSPENSION, it's even better. Get the R-Spec Air Suspension controller from Japan (about US$500 or so) and you can control the ride height...

hot dang! lol that's tight!
How much is an add on like that costing nowadays? you know of any LA shops that carry it?
As for the drop, I don't have air suspension. Wish I had though!
