Help...95'LS seatbelts dont snap back to place

gothcha....anyway my belt is not the worst a little push and it starts rollin little by little, but the front passenger,that is horrible....i barley ever wear my seatbelt (only when i see cops) but if im riden with my girl or my friends they strech it out and it dosent pully back....it pisses me off so bad....

The ground wires to be replaced are the main ones .
Battery to engine X3 and body , alternator to fuse on the block .
They have kits which make it easy but it is only a new set of copper wires. I used 0 gauge for audio amps with new terminals and it works nicely. Large gauge wires corrode over time and get brittle causing increased resistance.
Use gold connectors and it takes about 30 minutes and $20 or buy a pre made kit for $40.
