on the freeway, it is so much better than stock. just as smooth, but more controlled.
same way on the curves, except with the effect of a set of lowering springs and shocks valved for the spring rate. wow. handling feels like a much smaller car now. still smooth though.
all in all, i'd compare it to a factory audi or bmw sport suspension, as i worked on german cars for a few years too.
definitely not stiff at all, like some people were saying.
i got the springs that they come with, no special requests.
the shocks i set to full soft. i could easily stand to stiffen it up some and still be very comfortable.

the rears were a bit high, but i pulled them down more and now mytire is flush with my fender. it can still go lower. i dont really want to lower it any more though until i get some wheels.

i adjust them on the car, but i have it on a rack in a shop and just do it all in the air, then set the car down to see how it sits, then re adjust as necessary.

any more questions, please ask.
Nice somebody posted some good information on these coil overs - thanks for the write up. These are a budget alternative to others out there. I wish they were around when I started modifying my 95. Glad to hear they are comfortable and you have slot more adjustability left.

I found this site: www.lowoffsetwheels.com/store

I emailed them and they are selling for 870 shipped (waaay cheaper than ebay). He gets them straight from Megan Racing.

I can PM the quote he sent me, just PM me.

I'm trying to figure out how to adjust these properly when on the car.

As per the intructions, it states to loosen the lower nut and twist the lower shock body. This would be impossible when bolted in the car.

It says not to loosen the upper nut (where the spring is seated).

How have you guys been adjusting the ride height?

Not impossible. Try grabbing the threads of the shock body and twist.
