You took off your tag, that shows detail..

One question: Do you do anything special around door jams, and emblems? I've always waxed 'up to them' and sort of polished them otherwise,.. if not the wax will get in places where it isn't easy to get out.

Thanks and sharp ride,
i wax up everything even my emblems. i usually use a toothpick to get into those hard to get places. it takes awhile to scrap it all out. but i think its worth it. make everything shineyyyy :]

Well PK, you inspired me to immediately go ahead and spend 5 hours on my exterior. *Didn't go the 8 because I didn't touch the interior except for the windows/mirror.

I also went ahead and applied Rain-X to all windows,.. (I had some from a long time ago.. hehe) -- Man that stuff is hard to rub off and not 'smudge' your windows. You get one section looking right then you re-smear it when you're trying to get the other area to look clean. But after a wash, wax, windex.. and then 2 helpings of rain-x -- The windows better be clean. (Heck the Rain-X smells like it is 80% alcohol)

Man my back hurts lol. (mainly from trying to claybar alot of spots that really didn't work) -- but anyway.. I copied your style and waxed it ALL.. Emblems, chrome, everything. Went a little messy with it to cover it all. I even put a second coat on.

Having the color car I do The shine isn't as 'in your face' as say black or red -- But it looks absolutely fantastic now. (Really good in person, the pictures don't do it justice) -- But your pics inspired me.. I wonder if anyone else is going to wax up their car today?

Oh, here is a thread I made aka, PK style.

PK_Celsior, I did a mod on my old front end where I put fogs into the corners lights and then the old fog area became a DLR , that way 6 lights ran at once.
