finally returned black ls is long gone. but i picked a clean title 95 up for $1k 
had blown air ride. quickly fixed w/ coilovers have some 19" g35 rims im going to put on until i get another set of rims.
would have more done already but this thing sucks all my money away..

Forgot how nice these cars are to drive, fun in a completely different way then the sports car.

I like it, BIJ. Damn, I wish I still lived in Japan! Let me guess - that car prolly was less than 5G's as-is wasn't it? What everyone here in the states doesn't realize is that it truly is a buyers market for used cars in Japan since the gov. makes it SUPER expensive to own a car older than 5 years old. That's why you will only see young kids or military guys rocking these "old" cars. Good luck. Hiroshi.
I love living here in Japan. I have been here for a little over 23 years and what you stated is so true. The used car market is for sure a buyer's market. I picked up the car for ¥250,000 from a used car lot and had transfered my 19's from my other ride (Black Toyota Crown Majesta UZS-151) which took a dive on me mechanically and electrically. I just swapped all the aftermarket parts and put the Shaken on the car and it was ready to roll. I also swapped out the navi unit for a 2 din deck and swapped all the speakers out and put in a small 5 channel amp. These big body cars are going really cheap right now because the price of gas here is crazy right now. All the Japanese are swapping out to smaller 4 cylinders to save money on fuel or they are swapping over to hybrids.

1996 ls40o antique bronze paint job pic coming soon
I am a new member of clublexus.com but a long time owner of the Ls400 line and a PROUD owner to say the least. I own 4 ls400 all generations. 1994 Black, 1999 cashmere beige metallic, 1991 taupe, and my favorite the 1996 originally cashmere beige metallic, repainted to my favorite color out the series, Antique Bronze Metallic. Color Code 4p1/UCAA8. I had the paint job done at South Main Body om Houston Tx by the incredible Lupe Garcia and his team. I is indeed 5 star quality running me roughly 3,000.00 but my insurance took care of 3/4 of the amount

Today I've installed the second hand BC racing coilover set. The back still needs to come down a bit, maby 3cm more. I dident have enough time for it today any more.
I wont go lower because its my daily ride, and need to be a bit functional too. Holland is small, and with a lot of bumps.
