Here's my '97. I'm in Norway, and the car was imported from Germany in '99. The first owner here had it for four years, then the second owner had until I bought it a month ago or so. All original (which is the way I prefer it - some of the customized stuff I see on here really scare me! ), fully serviced, 167000 miles (267000 km). Everything works, except the cd changer, the memory buttons for the power seat, and the stereo display. Air suspension works like a dream too!

Thanks for your comment! I love the color, too.
The cd changer is totally dead, so it may not even be plugged in for all that I know. I have decided to get an aftermarket stereo installed, however, so will not bother to find out what's the matter with the changer. It seems getting the LCD display changed and doing a hypothetical fault finding on the changer might be almost as expensive as an aftermarket stereo, even if I spring for the expensive plug-and-play connector kit for it, and Norway is going to DAB radio only next year, so...

Took a few pics the other day so I could post this thing for sale. Some of you may remember this car from a few years ago when it belonged to my teammate Jeebus. Yes I agree, I need to go lower.

I don't want to disrespect you or your son, but I think he should really have another car that's his own, so he can have his own history with his car.
