Wheels are on, nothing real aggressive but should fit well when the coils get here (been ordered). Did a surround replacement on my JL 12W6v2 today, we'll see how that holds up. Hoping to do the headunit, amp wiring, both amps, door speakers, and the sub box and amp rack this weekend. Depends on the weather and work. Fender rolling should be happening monday or tuesday.
Wheel specs:
Front 18x8 +24 235/45/18
Rear 18x9 +20 245/45/18

Great start! I'm a fan of 18's with a little bit of meat on these things, like you have done. Coils will take it to the next level! Keep us updated.
EDIT:
Once you install the coilovers and bring the ride height down, all 4 wheels will camber in slightly, providing more "fitment" space.
This is just my 0.02 cents, from experience, but you might want to wait to roll the fenders until after you see how everything sits with the coils.
I'm on:
18x9 +22 235/40
18x10+27 245/40
and fairly low on coilovers, and I'm not sure that rolling my fenders was even necessary... Just throwing that out there!

one more edit:
what coilovers did you order?
A friend of mine has a roller so its not really a big deal for me to go ahead and do it. There's a lot of sharp corners, elevation change, and unpaved roads around here so better safe than sorry. I ordered the basic Ksports, we'll see how they are. I had been considering one of their higher end options for my Z and figured I'd see how their cheaper ones hold up to daily beating on a heavier car first.
Edit 5/23: Rear fenders are rolled, went for a cruise. Fronts will need to be rolled but waiting for coils to get here first
After the paint correction job.
In preparation for our new baby, my wife wanted a family friendly car so I traded in my F-150 for a Forester and I got stuck with her bulletproof 96 Camry. It was a great car, but not a fun car to drive. So I told her since I traded my truck, I need a V8 in my life. Then I came across this beauty. She has been fun to drive so far, I can’t wait to get under the hood and get my tuneup and Mobil 1 oil change done on my next off day. So far I replaced the air cabin filter and did a paint correction job to bring back its shine like new.
Djelements, your finish work looks fantastic. How much should it cost to have that professionally done?
I think around $300-500
I found this guy on Facebook market place and he did it for $275. He is trying to get his side business going so he is building clients and hasn’t quit his car wash job yet. He’s in Dallas TX
I have a Pearl White 89 Celsior (Direct Japanese Import - Japanese couple emigrated to Australia and then imported 2 new 89 Celsior's. His and Hers).
From what I can figure, I'm about the 4th or higher owner of one of them. No logbook or history of any kind come with the car , except verbal of what I just mentioned above.
I picked it up about 3 months ago (March 2018)
It has just under 180K Km on it (lets see, that's 110K Miles). Considering these things can do (with care) a million miles, I guess that's low mileage. Hell, I had a motorbike that had almost that on it, but that was with an engine rebuild in its past.
Its spend its life in Australia, evidently a good deal of that time not under cover as the clear coat has peeled badly.
Being white its not too noticeable at a distance, but the paint damage is very noticeable on close inspection.
That's a common problem with Japanese cars over here, Australian sun and all. Apparently UV kills Japanese paint. Australian cars from the same era fair much better, so it looks like the paint they use/used is not UV fixed enough for Australian conditions.
The car also has numerous little scratches and dings. Nothing big but it could definitely do with a minor panel beating and respray.
Interior is showing its age, Fabric seats and interior, in places its pretty threadbare but no rips or stitching coming apart. And no Cigarette burns. Really don't like people who smoke in cars (I'm a non-smoker)
Its very stock. Judging from the condition of the engine, rubber mount around the car, etc I would say most of its life its been well looked after. However whoever has owned it over the last few years have let it go a bit. I've been busy fixing lots of little things since I got it. I'll respray it once I've finished getting everything to work again.
I'll attach pics in the next few days (it needs a clean and its constantly raining here at the moment).
When I finally respray it and restore the interior (at least to some degree) I'll post another set of pics so there will be before and after shots.

Muzzmuzz,looks really nice.
PhilipMidd,congrats on the new purchase.
Thanks mate.
I was looking very enviously at Muzzmuzz's sunroof.
I'm very tempted to purchase one (I know where there is one in good condition for $100 AUD (about $80 USD) complete with controls etc..
I'm just not sure I want to take that job on myself. Getting it done somewhere professionally will probably cost more than the car is worth (or a good chunk of it).
