Hi all, new member to the forum! (Have been lurking for a couple of years though...)
My 1992 LS400 restoration project. Shown here with the OEM Air suspension in "High" position after the gravel road leading up to that house.
So far I've corrected the timing of the engine, changed the belt, water pump and rollers and bearings for both belts, starter motor, knock sensors w/ connectors, plugs, injectors, all the fluids and filters, a ton of seals and gaskets, vacuum lines...
Now it runs unbelievably smooth, especially considering she has over 300k miles on the clock. I've converted it back to the oem air suspension after sitting on cheap coilovers that ruined the ride. That involved sourcing two sets of air struts (just in case), fabricating new mounts for the height sensors, replacing some wiring etc... The rear wheel wells and fenders needed some rust repairs, as did the rear of the exhaust which I ended up fabricating myself deleting the small rear mufflers in the process (still attached in the pic). Fabricated a mount for new subwoofer to replace the old blown out one to make it fit under the cover like OEM.
Bought new here in Finland by a very wealthy business man in charge of one of the biggest Finnish companies, back in economically challenging times of the early 90's. OEM phone in the rear center armrest (no signal unfortunately), front and rear heated seats, 6cd changer, chocolate brown leather interior.

NOTES:
- Horn works. If anyone is planning to replace their stock wheel and needs help/guidance, feel free to PM me.
- Tilt and Telescopic option still works like normal. An aftermarket wheel doesn't affect these features
- You must manually turn off the turn signals after your turns. Steering clock spring has been removed
- No SRS airbag light (on the gauge cluster). 1/4 Watt 2ohm resistor connected to the yellow plug

Finally got my rotors, pads, extended wheel studs, and spacers installed. Now I just need to deal with the tiny bit of rubbing I have up front (I didn't measure for spacers originally since I had a different set of wheels in mind).

My First Post - 1995 LS 400
After almost a year of searching, I finally picked one up from a private owner. Here's my 1995 LS 400 in Diamond White Pearl. About to hit 175K miles, this car is a huge upgrade from my previous car ('09 370Z) lol.

That's very true. I had to put 10mm spacers up front to fit those M35 wheels and I get occasional vibrations at 45-50 mph. I really miss how nice it felt before the spacers and bigger wheels even with it being lowered. I think I may look into some wide 17in wheels that will clear the calipers without spacers and give me more comfort with bigger tires as my "forever" wheels.

i will occasionally miss how my car looked lowered on 18s with spacers
but all things considered it's way better being exactly as those brilliant japanese engineers intended lol... especially with how i like to zip around on the highway while just floating along

First post here! I'm flying out to VA and driving this '96 Celsior back home next weekend. It'll be used as my summer daily driver; no major modifications planned. I was previously in a '97 Celica and active over on 6gc if anyone here is familiar.
