Windshield wipers swipe water very poorly.

Does anyone ever have an issue where the passenger side wiper sticks out so far that it doesn't completely wipe the glass at the bottom right corner? Im running the stock wiper size of the Rain X, but the Toyota wipers the car came with def wiped the windshield better when new.
It is important to properly install the two metal ribs as each rubber insert is slipped into its blade - that's what ensures the blade contacts the glass during the entire sweep of the windshield. Be careful not to install them upsidedown. Instructions are on the package the inserts come in.

You can buy only the inserts at the dealer?? Those bastards sold me the entire assembly and it costs me almost $50~ for two. It didn't even last that long either.
The best blades I've tried so far are the one piece designs such as from Valeo, Bosch Icons, Michelin brands and I believe some others make it.
They wipe very cleanly and there's even pressure against the windshield, which helps eliminate streaking.

A set of two wiper blade inserts, before discount, from Sewell Lexus for my LS is slightly over $9.00.

I'm actually have them on another car, lol. The current wipers on the LS are still good so I didn't change them to those yet. I didn't pay attention to what sizes my local store had.

I prefer to keep the OEM blades that are coated from the dealer as it is like $10 for both left and right.
If you have problems with smearing or anything else , go to a auto store and look for glass stripper , as few companies make it like wynns and rain x. The majority or problems people experience is from the glass having build up. Remove the film then get a proper windshield coating like aqua pel that lasts for months compared to rain x .
