Passenger Side Rear Strut Mount
When I go over any bump with the passenger side rear tire, I get a loud Clunk or Thud. Do you think that would be the strut mount?
The spring and shock seem fine. I did the shock absorber bounce test by pushing on the right rear corner and the car goes down and up only once and you cannot hear any clunking noise.
It seems the only time you hear the clunk is when I go over a quick Dip in the road or over hit a pot hole.
I am thinking about taking the shock/strut out tomorrow in my driveway. Any advice on what to look for?

...check your rear bushings
Hello,
The clunking noise is probably from worn out rear axle carrier arm bushings. That is the end of the rear strut rod pointing to the rear of the car. That is a known bushings that go bad for our cars. I am about to get mine changed. I would check those first. Let us know how it goes.
