Question 98 vs 99 vs 2000

Whats the difference between these 3 models .. the body looks the same but is there anything else thats different? Which one should I go for?

I've found 2 98's.. one is accident free. The other one, although it was front ended in 2000, it runs smooth and had i not known about its history, I would've never even thought about it being involved in an accident.

According to you .. what should be the price of each of these? How much should I buy one for?

Use this below link to find out all the differences between years

http://www.lexls.com/info/lsgenerations.html

I would get for a 98 since the 98-00 had the same engine / body.

99 in general had a standard wood steering wheel and leather wood shifter along with daytime running lights.

2000 model added brake force distribution which made panic stops quicker.

Depending on dealer/private party I would use something like edmunds.com customized appraisal for used cars to find what a good price would be for miles and options. I got my 99 with 64k miles from a dealer in excellent condition for $16,995, it has all options except air suspension and navi.

In general a 98 with 90k+ miles, normal options, excellent condition you could get for about $12-13K from a dealer and about 10k from private party just to give you an idea.

I am not quite sure what you mean. A lot of people in 01+ LS have air suspension with a controller to lower and raise the ride height along with much bigger and wider rims then stock. If they have it low enough they look tilted I guess?

In a stock car I would say theres something really wrong especially if it doesn't have air suspension.

almost all normal SPRING ls' made from 89-00 are a TINY bit lower on the driver side than the passenger side because the battery is on the extreme side of the car.

Looks a bit strange .. I can ofcourse put another battery in the extreme right side of the trunk to balance it off right?
