really! i didnt' have any choice in the matter, my main goal was to get a black plate with teh glowing numbers. good info though.
those are hard to attain, even in japan. If you do find one, may I guess an Omiya （大宮)or Izumi (和泉)plates...usually where the VIP owners are from lol. I always let the person behind me pass if its a blacked out celsior/crown/cedric/gloria/cima/etc with an Omiya plate.
