Default What Goes LOW!!?? ('97 spring question)

does anyone know any springs that goes 2" of more? for a 97 LS?! i been looking around but i cant find any. what can i use to drop my car besides air. what goes the lowest. brands etc.

RSR springs go lowest IMO. I have them on my 93 and it's very low.

Chrisngo, your LS is lookin' pretty good. Get rid of the wakaba though. Haha. Get a FUSA!

crazy low springs on stock struts are going to blow them quickly. +1 for coilovers.

Thanks. I've had this car siting for about 3 years now. I had that wakaba (didn't even know what it was called..LOL) for like 5. It'll come off.

I have my coilovers on order just waiting for them to come in.

Just finished spraying my front bumper...need to wetsand and polish next. Rear bumper is still under the knife, adding some additional lighting mods. I'll post more pics once the car is back together.

Again coil overs are the way to go. 2" springs alone will wear out your stock stuts - even the Bilstein HD's will wear faster because they are not specifically designed for drop springs in excess of 1".

what about adjustable suspension systems? you know... the one's you lower and raise at the turn of a ****. what would be a good name brand?

UAS (Universal Air Suspension) w/coilovers

Hefty amount of money though

no. i've seen suspensions set w/ ***** on the struts. its a manual adjustable setup. i know i've seen it, its just been a while...but i may be wrong
