the width of the st115 in 225/35/19 are 8'' and im pretty sure they are more narrow than the federal ss595 in 225/35/19. i had 205/40s federals and they were 8''. therefore, st115s will stretch more. but either way, there are other alternatives.

IMO if you want a stretch, don't go for federals. unless you get a something like 215/35/19s

i think the only way you'll get it is to add a lot more camber. how low is the car? what susp. are you on?

so he can't get any lower then.... i dont' see how he'll get enough camber with the stock adjusters then.

Update, it fits (and without running more negative camber)!

Hammered the inner fender flat with a deadblow and pulled it out more.

Results:

I have two options to smooth it out.

I can either go at it more with the roller or I can use body filler when I repaint the car eventually. I'm going to try to smooth it out with the roller a bit more first though, just takes a lot of time that's all. Patience is key.
