Looks like you're in Jersey City or Hoboken.
Those are some nice looking rims. Actually, they look fine as they are. You really don't need to do anything else as far as I'm concerned.

So when I ride with people in the backseat, the rears rub upwards in the fender well because the tires tuck hard. I cant wait to get the hydros installed so I can slam it when it's parked, but there's no way I'm driving with it that low. Worst sound EVER. I was pained inside when I heard the tire hit the fender like that. So yes, after the hydros are installed, it's getting cambered. Hopefully -2 degrees more camber.
