Well, seems like me and you share the same experience. I dont know if you ever read my thread that I gave you a link for, but I replaced my oxygen sensors as well, and it didnt change the driveability of the car one bit.

Anyone's help would be greatly appreciated. thanks everyone.
I replaced my maf as well, suspecting that it was causing problems, but no change in driveability. These cars are just a pathetic attempt by pathetic company. Just let it be, and next time get a car from a real maker.

heres an idea for you i amm great friends with my favorite local import car shop here and i had this problem where at 40 - 55 mph the car would buck baddd and the problem was the spark plugs. 2 of them were cracked right at the porcelian tips where the spark fires. they replaced them with new oem ones, as they highley reccomened sticking with the oem plugs on these cars. and it fixed the problem 100%.

I just disconnected the ECT and there was no change but a check engine light .. seemed to idle maybe a little higher, so is this normal or should the car have done something differnt?

When you disconnect the ECT the ECU will assume that your engine is running at normal operating temperature, which is eighty something degrees. So you shouldnt see much change if your engine is indeed properly warmed up and running at normal temperature. On a cold start it might idle rough until it warms up.
