Also, just checked voltage to the driver side coil pack where the power goes into the coil pack, its reading almost 16 volts, and for a few seconds it went up to like 16.8, is this normal!?!?!

I'd check for a flaky ground or a fried voltage regulator/rectifier/diode or triac pack.

I agree with a bad ground, your voltage is fine 14-15, I would be concered if it were below 12, or above 17. the issue with the lights being effected by the RPM would lead me to the ground straps, or main ground wires.

i will go check the grounds, also, can it be the wiring loom problem in the left trunk hinge even though the wires are not broken?

Is your TPS properly adjusted? What does your car idle at once warmed up? My car had problems in the 40-50mph range after I changed my tps, once I adjusted it the problem was gone.

Also, do you have any warning lights on the dash? Even if you don't I would check to see if you have any codes stored.

I bought a new tps, adjusted it every way it can be adjusted, i just checked all the grounds too, they are fine.. my idle is 650.. Heres the thing, i bought this car with a rebuilt title, it has been in a accident in the front end, the car rear ended someone the guy said. the only warning lights thats on is the airbag light, and i checked the codes, the only codes there is, is a bunch of codes for the airbag... the airbag system messed up woudnt cause this would it?

Well, uplugging O2's is pretty much the same as unplugging the MAF - it makes your ECU use the base fuel maps and ignore all sensors.

LOL

I think Lexus just programs their ECU's like this on purpose, so that they still can make money selling parts, service, and eventually new cars to people that get fed up, because the rest of the car is too reliable.
