thats ur overflow tube and if its filled too much it will come out

That is incorrect information. Overflow tube on my LS is right next to the radiator on the top of the engine by the radiator.

The tube we were talking about is on the bottom of the front.

hey ryan, did you drain the block also when you did your flush? I would like to do this but not sure on the location of the block plug?
