@Schnitz: Don't worry, they didn't come this way either Had to get them all straightened. But yes, the faces are all near perfect Lips did have some polish work done to them, lost most of the nicks luckely

@Brandicus: that's a RDS display, but the backlighting of it is out as you can see. European version came with a different Pioneer head unit. But the only thing still functioning is the Tuner

I'm going to get you some more pictures

EDIT: Here you go, some big one's

Time for an update; Finaly got over to doing the drivers seat better, now i'm satisfied with it. Keep in mind this car has approx. 230K miles on it

Everything tight, without unusual wrinkles

Looks good again

This was the original seat btw:

Also bought some new floor mats, this is one of the old one's:

New one from Sewell:

----------------------------------

Former owner damaged the glove box when he mounted a radio there

Luckely LS #2 had one in good shape, so I swapped them

Looking good again:

Cleaned It thoroughly, I can't believe how much grime was on there
Had everything 'de-greased'. filled all the cracks with a leather putty, then I have treated the entire upholstery with 'leather fresh'. I had the colour specially made for me. It's liquid and you put it on a high density foam sponge. Just brush it on, dry it up immidiatly with a hair dryer and apply a next layer, until all wear is covered.

However, the leather has to be in decent condition. Tears/Cracks are hard to conceal. Stuff works magic on spots where the colour is gone

After that I used a sealer and a conditioner to make it durable and smooth

Sorry that this project moves so slowly, It ain't my daily and sleeps inside for about 6 days a week under a cover. My daily ('88 Chevy truck) needs a lot of work or it will fall apart very soon

But I managed to finish this finaly, Was my first time, and I'm happy with the result:

I've also been busy with some valve covers, here is one, Partially polished and painted with high temp. paint. After that I clear coated everything with high temp clear coat since I don't want to polish it now and then, It did reduce the shine some though:

Still have to see how it will turn out once on the engine
