Cool

Just came across this thread ... yeah I know it's been here for a while, but I don't get around to these forums as much as I'd like to ... nice to find a build like this goin' on. Keep up the good work Jelmer. I'll have to check back here more often.

Thanks for all the positve comments guys!

@Brandicus: Clear tail lights won't fit on an Euro-model since the taillights are not as broad as the US-model (We have larger registration plates here). Maybe I will add some Red-Outs in the future, you are right the orange in the taillights kind of stick out with the clear turn signals on the front when you see the car from the side.

@BLKonBLK98: Maybe I am, but I'm still going to try some things . The ride isn't painful, I can live with this too if it doesn't end up more soft

@Puredrifter:...damn, you got me looking at 19" again . Allthough I don't know much about the offset on this car, and how wide you can go without to much modification

I found these on RBWheels:

19x9 +24 and 19x10 +37

I saw some here are rolling with a wilder offset than this. Somebody knows how this will end up under my LS? Don't know if I'll have to extend/pull the fenders

I bet these will look neat under my LS,

I'm keeping the LS430 wheels too IF I will get another set of wheels. Probably wrap them with winter tires then.

But anyone got an idea if these 19" Wald's will fit correctly under an LS400? I don't mind pulling out the fenders a little

the walds are definitely legit, good fit fo a mild build imo. i'm really surprised rb still has them because i've had at least 3-4 ppl mention that exact set to me.

When I fill in these notes on an Offset-Calculator, it displays an extension of 40mm Isn't that going to poke out enormously with stock fenders?

I've bought these Wald Duchatlet's from RB-Wheels last week. But it will take sometime before I have them here (Combining shipping with different stuff)

Meanwhile I can figure out what tires I should use. I was thinking of Bridgestone Potenza's again in 245/40R19 on the front, and 275/35R19 on the rear. Or should I use 35's on the front also to avoid possible rubbing? The rims are 19x9 and 19x10. Advice is welcome

here are some more pictures of them from the website of RB:

This is what it looks like on a Lexus:

rears will be fine, front will need a shave and depending on tire size a pull.
