Default 91 ls400

My guess would be to get as much of the old fuel out of the tank as poss then refill to half mark with fresh fuel, then disconnect the fuel lines where they meet the injector rail and spin the engine on the starter to purge the old fuel from the fuel lines. It should then start. you could also pour a small amount of oil down each plug hole to give the upper cylinders a coat of oil to help the motor turn over. Good Luck.
Gary.
