I have an update to this thread. I recently took my LS to a performance shop in Houston that specializes in lowered vehicles. After they racked the car and discovered there was no way to further adjust camber they removed the camber adjustment piece(s) and machined them. After the machining the alignment is no spot on The owner referred to it as "slotting".

While I was there a young Japanese dude drove up in his twin turbo GS300 (Supra motor coversion) - First twin turbo GS I have ever seen

Basically because my camber adjustments were maxed out they could not compensate for my lowered setup anymore. I was getting inner tire wear, road noise, etc. They shop basically removed the camber adjustment parts and used a grinder to expand the adjustment settings. Now there is ample adjustment to appropriately set camber and even caster.

It was worth the money because now the alignment is spot on - I will post actual numbers tonight.

This shop specializes in this kind of custom work - wish I found it 2 years ago!

I will get you my exact numbers tonight but basically now my camber is custom set with levels, etc. so my front tires will now wear evenly. No more uneven wear and road noise

Here are front values (did not include rear values as there was never an issue on the rear settings):

Camber = Left 0.2 (range is -0.4 to 1.1)
Camber = Right 0.1
Caster = Left 7.0 (range is 6.3 to 7.8)
Caster - Right 7.2
Toe = Left 0.14 (range is 0.05 to 0.25)
Toe = Right 0.16

Interesting that my numbers are higher for the passenger side and different than RA40. His camber I think is 1.5 and toe is 1/16. Who knows why. I am no mechanic however maybe it is due to difference in spring tension, age of strut, etc.

All I know is I finally have my alignment dialed in. I hope this helps those of you that are frustrated with your spring/strut setup that eats tires.

I wouldn't use these settings for your car. Rather, they are just a guide. If your camber adjustment is maxed out then maybe you could ask your alignment shop if they can do the slot thing.

So far it appears that I have a cure
