For some reason my yellow fogs won't turn on, I've checked the fuse under the dash and it's fine. All other lighting works fine but the foglights do not turn on. Checked the wiring and it's fine. Any ideas?? Are there any other fuses for the fogs?

Make sure the connection is plugged in securely at the light itself; especially since you changed the bulbs. It is not uncommon for that connection to come loose upon re-install after changing bulbs, and neither one of them will come on; even if only 1 of the plugs came loose. Other than that, could be a bad relay, or the switch itself has gone up.

During the last several years I owned a 1990 LS, a repair shop cleaned corrosion from a fuse block about once each year to get the fog lights to work again. I was told that the fuse block was going to need replacement eventually. I never asked where the fuse block was located and I always thought he was talking about the one in the engine compartment.
The current owner of that 90 LS told me a few years ago that the fuse block he cleans corrosion from to get the fog lights to work is under the dash.
