Default Rear bushings help

Hi Guys,

I am new to this forum and look forward to contributing, alot of post look like they will be handy (or could have been).
Anyways, I need to replace my rear suspension bushings and on both arms.
It was looking like I needed to replace the whole arm, which seems a waste as the only thing wrong is the bushing. I finally found these

UpperArm

Lower arm

My problem is that all I know these arms is as upper and lower, and am looking for confirmation that these are the right bushings as they are called strut rob bushing and trailing arm bushing. Are these just the technical name for upper and lower?

Thanks a lot
