Default 98-2000 LS400 instrument cluster panel removal

Hi guys, does anyone know how to remove instrument cluster on LS400 98-2000? I am usually pretty good in these kind of stuff, but i have to raise a white flag on this one. I am also looking to buy 98-2000 oem repair manual.

thanks,

Been there... the trick is to get the TWO horn clips on the top at 10 and 2 o'clock to release the cluster.

If you look VERY carefully at the leather edge of the dashboard (top of the cluster), you will find two small openings where you can insert a flat screw driver to free the cluster away.

Im assuming you have done everything else from removing the steering wheel cover to all the other visible bolts.

I couldn't stand the seatbelt light flashing whenever i'm parked with my seatbelt off... so i had to pull it out.
