I got a 94 and im lowered on tanabe springs. Rear - max camber, max roll, max pull and flared. Body worked to look stock. Fronts I trimmed the inner lip off the fender, hammered flat. 19x9.5 +12, 19x10 -10, that's negative 10... it sits prefectly flush... that's probably the lowest offset you can go. But for your offsets, you'd have to cut and reweld, or flares, or something widebody front and rear... just from looking at your specs, lowered it would poke out about 2.5-3" in the front and at least 4.5" in the rear if u max camber... good luck on making them fit...
