Default 98 LS Brake Clearance Question

Looking at buying some wheels in 19x9.5 +45.

Will they fit without spacers?

My current 18x7.5 +45 fit, so do 18x8 +45.

Thanks

it doesnt depend on offset, it depends on disk.
you need High disk wheels.

True - I ordered many sets of wheels B4 learning of high disk High disk with 45 offset would be fine though.

Yes the 2nd and 3rd gen LS has huge calipers sticking out even more then bigger (in diameter) aftermarket systems. Wish they would have given some of that braking power to the GS

First, Congrats on the GS by the way.

The FIRST bite isn't bad, but if you're on the highway and brake 3-4times, its all fade from there. The problem is the immense amount of brake fade non-existent on my previous or currently LS. The LS has much more confident and predictable braking. I wish i can install some 3GS 4-piston calipers on the 2GS.

you could install the 2LS 4piston alum. calipers, you just need a couple of RCAs for the front lower balljoints, not more than $250 or so. you get free 1/2" lowering and clearance to fit the brakes

AND wheels AND spacers for my winter wheels.

Spacers + RCA's somewhat scares me.
