I too have EBC Reds.
They claim to be 60% - 90% less dust, but they are EXTREMELY dusty pads. I'd almost say they're in yellow/blue stuff territory as far as dust.
They're fairly quiet, with minor squeaking upon first press of the pedal after prolonged brake-less driving, but goes away after second depression of pedal.

Can anyone recommend a good quality brake fluid for a Gen1 (DOT4?)? I'm going to flush the whole system. Any idea how much fluid I'll need to accomplish this? I'm thinking three quarts, but just a guess.
Thanks!

FYI ,
I just spoke to EBC as the brake pad sensors do not seem to work . The openings once the pads are powdercoated become too small and the sensor will not fit and if pushed will crumble as mine did.

That more than likely explains what happened to my sensor then...
