I think it wpould be better if you provide us with the spec of your wheels first. Who knows, you night not need to do any mods to the fenders/quarter panels... widths/offsets/tires sizes you plan on using....

Roll ,never cut . Cutting is quick and looks better to passer by's but damages your car . I rolled the crap out of my front and rears and have almost 2 inches up front and an inch and a bit out back until i had them flared and painted.
Leave the ghetto mods alone, don't cut

Rolling doesn't damage your car? I prefer cutting because it's much cleaner and you get more clearance. When you roll a fender there are greater chances of cracking paint and warping the fender. And the fender will pull or flare out if you go overboard. To anyone who says it makes the fender weaker, it won't. If something hits your fender and dents it, it wouldn't dented anyway.

The body is supported on the tubs around the wheel kind of like this L I-I
. So when you cut the fender liners you remove the support framing for the quarter panels . This can cause buckling as well as an easy point for rust to enter the car.
The L is the quarter wrapped under to the lip it is then spot welded to the tub I-I above the wheel . It is up to the owner if they feel the structural integrity of the car is comprimised or not . I feel it is as it is a support for the panel and the tub.
