There will be some more people who will be experiencing the same problem with yours. Your posts will surely help them.

There goes 10 ampere of currents at the printed pattern, the current sensing metal pieces, and the connectors in the box. I would say it is natural that the solder crack may happens there someday without applying special countermeasures such as to use eyelets or to use double layers PCB with through holes. I actually have seen several cracked solder joints there.

Toyota needs some more design improvements regarding solder joints but compared with Mercedes, Toyota does much better job in this area. I did have experienced many cracked solder joints on my Mercedes and my relative's Mercedes. I finally decided to stay away from it.
