Default 1999 LS400 Exhaust manifold leak

I've owned my 1999 LS400 for 3 years now with no problems, but recently it developed a leak, probably around the exhaust manifold, coming from the left side of the engine (from the drivers seat).

The engine sounds much more rowdy than ever before, usually it's one of the quietest engines out there. Mileage is approximately 145xxx

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

I was hoping maybe I could just have some bolts tightened to solve the problem; obviously I won't know until it's looked at though.

Is it hard enough so that it would require a decent bit of labor just to get to? Assuming I were to replace the manifolds.

yea...IIRC u have to lift the engine up a little bit. oh and u have to drop the steering rack so the manifold slides out easily. search for a bit more info on "header swap" or something that has to do with headers.
