i say 15mm, you measured 1/2 inch, which is 12.7mm, so take your pick, the proper kind of spacer you need (hubcentric for toyota/lexus 60.1mm bore) is available in 5mm increments, unless you feel the need to cheap out on some non-hubcentric 1/2 generic spacers, in which case you WILL have massive vibration and will possibly watch the wheel part ways with your car while on a highway.
If you're wheels are originally 19x8.5 +35, after adding a 15mm spacer it will be 19x8.5 +20. for that you will most definitely need a fender roll, possibly a pull, and if you arent lowered it WILL look like a 4x4.

if they are solid then you can't really use any adapters, you'll have to to get something like Ichiba's V1 spacer and some extended studs to press into your hub, more work but you wouldn't really have a choice.

After its all said and done, time and wheels spacers....here they are!
The fronts stick out just a tiny bit but not noticeable. Now its time to lower and wash this car!
