If you can change your own tires, rotate tires, change oil, trans. oil, know how to use the Ohm/Volt meter...you can learn to use any repair manual. Not the really difficult repair but you can try almost anything

Default PS Pump

I would suggest you replace the pump asap. It tends to leak onto the alternator which eventually fails. It's not especially difficult to do although a bit messy. I took my time and it only took a few hours with plenty of liquid sustenance breaks. Good luck.
