nope, not even close.

search for "strut bar" in the LS forum, its the bushing in the bar that goes from the lower control arm to the front of the car.

#10 would be the strut rod. Normally the bushing that goes on the end of this rod goes bad, producing the classic thunk. The diagram is for the left side of the car. The threaded end is where the bushing would be. If you can find a dealer that will sell you just the bushing, I warn you now that it is a pain to remove and press back in. Most people just buy the whole new rod ($120 IIRC neighborhood) and just replace.

strut bar is not where the puller is. Flat black bar to the left of your hand. Top of the nut is directly under the shock and goes toward the front of the car. You have the puller on the lower control arm. Strut rod is where the arrow is.

It's late,,give me a break. I saw the watermark, but ignored it. You get the idea tho. Anyway, that flat piece of metal in the second pic is the strut rod.

I probably have spent more than all of you together.
JIC's 1100 gone
air suspension 4000 ++++ for replacement parts
wheels i have 2 sets of oz operas in 20's which listed for 6000 a set new
i spend 400 each year refinishing them for bends .

i have them custom finished with a machined face , only ones in the world i have seen instead of painted. Also the inner spokes are colour matched . Again the only ones in all the VIP mags i have seen and they love Opera's in Japan.

I also have 2 sets of 18's for winter SC430 wheels and RX350 's.
Plus 2 sets of stock 16's .

Make up a number it is anybody's guess.
Not even going to mention all the suspension parts i have replaced as well as the $1000 i just ordered worth of parts.
