It's a whistler. I forget what model at the moment. I love it. It's got 4 little blue LEDs that go off with it so even if you've got your music drowning it out it still catches your attention. Got it at a Walmart for just over $80.

Is it any good? I thought about getting an escort . cant remember the specific model, but it was 300 dollars. If i could get a cheaper one thats good i'd rather get that. I bought a cobra for like 125, and it didn't work at all

as the saying goes, you get what you paid for.... if you are buying the cobra for $300, i would suggest you forking out a little bit more for the Valentine One.... V1 is by far the best and best on the market for its price...lol....

Mount with double stick tape.


The radar detector works amazing. I've picked up miles down the highway before. I don't need to pay $500 for one that has arrows on it lol

Well, as long as it works, being a first time driver, i figure it would be a nice luxury to get a heads up and while that sounds awful and my parents shouldn't let me, (well maybe not you, but someone) you all know it is nice to have haha
